The Local Church

My Testimony

I was in a Christian group on a college campus when I first came into contact with the local church. A Christian brother who met with the local church came to our prayer meeting. From him I received much help, as he introduced me to the churches in New York and Los Angeles.

During my time in the army I was sent to Korea. I was so fortunate as to be there when the believers began to meet as the local churches there. So after I was discharged, I returned to Korea and stayed there for almost seven years.

Over the years I have been much helped by the works and writings of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee. To me, their writings seem to be the deepest and the best of all Christian writings.

After I returned to the United States I was in the church in Anaheim for about ten years. Then, when the Korean-speaking meetings began in the United States, my wife and I went from Anaheim to meet with the church in Fullerton.

Later we went to Garden Grove and are now in the church in Cypress.

I have found the writings of Watchman Nee and Witness Lee to be the most helpful for my Christian life.

I would recommend the writings of their ministry to anyone, without hesitation.
